The Metro Flex docking marker is a platform mounted, supplemental product to the Sentinel Between Car Barrier. The Metro Flex supplies the train operator with a consistent stopping point to ensure the train's correct alignment with the Sentinel Between Car Barrier system.
Metro Flex is fully customizable and utilizes highly reflective Diamond Grade sheeting for superior visibility day and night.
*For outdoor platform applications, the Metro Flex is also available internally illuminated. This feature utilizes patented solar LED technology that requires no electrical connection. This state-of-the-art solar technology illuminates the directional portion of the unit in order to provide significantly increased conspicuity in dark or low light areas, in poor weather conditions, or at night. The highly efficient solar cell design charges in low light conditions even if it is partially covered or shaded. When fully charged, it provides approx. 300 hours of light.
