We are hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product shipments domestically and internationally
• Manage and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Perform quality assurance checks on packages before shipment
• Plan efficient shipping routes and schedules
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and freight companies
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Inspect and pack items for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Physical stamina to lift and move boxes of various weights
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment

Impact Recovery Systems, Inc.^® is currently hiring for assembly positions. We offer paid training and direct hire jobs for anyone looking to work in a fun, friendly, and family-like environment.

Our positions offer a starting pay of $15 an hour with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm/4:30pm with some overtime/mandatory Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks according to procedures and guidelines, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the assembled products.
• Interpret and follow assembly instructions or work orders for each product.
• Use a variety of hand tools and equipment to assemble, disassemble, and adjust components with precision.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and addressing any defects or issues that may arise during the assembly process.
• Keep track of inventory levels for assembly components, report shortages or discrepancies, and assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes in production schedules, assembly processes, or product specifications.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• The ability to bend, stoop, or lift up to 35lbs
• Able to communicate (read and speak) English
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
