Impact Recovery’s Growth Leads to an Expanded Team

Economic growth and sustainability require a balance.  Over the last 30 years, Impact Recovery Systems® has steadily grown into the company it is today.  Expanding beyond roadway work zones, Impact Recovery Systems now designs and manufactures high-performance flexible traffic and safety devices throughout the world. We have three divisions of products with prominent applications globally: Traffic, SlowStop Guarding Systems® and Sentinel Between Car Barrier System.

What started as a 5,000 sq. ft. company with eight employees in 1991, has grown into a thriving international organization with one location in Texas and one in Belgium and facilities totaling 60,000 sq. ft.  Today, we proudly boast sixty employees, who make up the warehouse, sales, European, admin, and leadership teams.

We are excited to announce that we have recently welcomed two new team members to the admin team and promoted two internal sales members to new positions.
