Height Restrictors Type 2.5

Introducing the Height Restrictor Type 2.5, a premium protective guarding solution designed to safeguard structures and equipment in industrial and commercial environments. Constructed from durable steel 139,7 mm (6,3 mm wall) uprights with a robust a 76,1 mm (5 mm wall) crossbar, this height restrictor offers exceptional impact resistance, capable of withstanding forces up to 4,5 kN at 3m.

The height restrictor stands at a maximum height of 3m and spans up to 3m in width, providing reliable protection for roll-up doors, building frames, overhead conveyors, and stack limiting applications. Its striking yellow (RAL 1023) pipe and black (RAL 9005) pedestal ensure high visibility for enhanced safety.

Built to endure extreme conditions in temperatures ranging from -40C – 70C. Its dual-layer coating system includes a 60 μm galvanized base with a 60 μm polyester outdoor powder coating on the pipe, while the cast-iron components feature an environmentally friendly water-based e-coat topped with a polyester outdoor powder coating.

Secure installation with twelve 5/8” x 5-1/2” concrete anchor screws and 12 M16 set screws, ensuring a stable and resilient protective barrier. The unit is completed with black plastic caps for a polished finish.
