TRAFFIC SAFETY PRODUCTS
Our delineator posts are built to withstand the elements and the unexpected. Perfect for highways, parking areas, medians, and loading zones, these posts provide reliable lane guidance and separation in both day and night conditions. With flexible, reboundable construction, they return to an upright position after impact reducing maintenance and keeping your safety infrastructure intact. Available in multiple heights and colors, they’re a smart solution for a wide range of traffic management needs.
Impact Recovery delineator posts and solutions deliver the perfect balance of flexibility, longevity, and dependability: keeping roads safer while improving reliability.
Each flexible lane divider is engineered to bend, not break. When struck, the post or sign rebounds to its original position, while also protecting vehicles, pedestrians and your investment.
Where ordinary lane separator posts snap or splinter, our traffic delineators endure a high number of hits without losing their structure or visibility. Fewer replacements mean lower maintenance costs and uninterrupted safety performance year-round.
Anything from sun, rain, heat, or snow, our delineators and base systems thrive where others fail. From highways to parking lots, every product is built to meet rigorous DOT and NTPEP standards, so you can install once and let it work for years.

A delineator is a post, panel, or marker installed vertically along a roadway to indicate alignment, direction, or boundaries, especially in areas where curbs, guardrails, or pavement markings alone aren’t enough to safely guide traffic.
Delineator posts with a base are often used in the following contexts:
Our delineators are built with a patented rebounding technology that lets them bend and return upright after impact. This means fewer replacements, lower maintenance costs, and continuous visibility, even in high-traffic areas or in harsh environments where they have to withstand a lot of abuse. We also rigorously test all our products for maximum resilience with the help of the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP).
Delineators are very commonly hit by cars. That’s why Impact Recovery specializes in building resilient products. Our OmegaPost delineator for example was able to sustain 200 hits at 70 MPH without failing. Choosing the right post can help reduce maintenance needs drastically over time.
Standard colors include white, yellow, orange, black, red, green, gray and blue but since we work with customers all around the world, we can accommodate any customization needs to fit local regulations.
It means that a traffic control device meets the standards set by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This compliance is required for any public and many privately owned roads, and entails adhering to specific standards regarding design, placement, size, shape and color.
Different environments require different types of delineators. At Impact Recovery, delineator posts are made of a base, and the post itself. Our products answer two simple questions: where and for how long?
1. Is the delineator going to be installed in a low speed or high speed area?
Low Speed Applications: Tuff Post and MP2 Posts will offer great visibility and resilience.
High Speed Applications: The OmegaPost is the most resilient delineator, capable of outlasting a lot of abuse in fast areas.
2. Is it for a permanent or temporary application?
Permanent applications: Depending on if you want curbing or not, you’re going to want a Tuff Curb or a Surface Mount Quarter Turn Base. Permanent but in soil? Look no further than the Drivable Base.
Temporary applications: The Portable One Base will be your best bet.
