Sales Representative – Western U.S.

Impact Recovery is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our SlowStop® Protective Guarding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, proposing engineered solutions, and leading the sales process for industrial and commercial safeguarding products. Your unique blend of technical knowledge and consultative selling skills will play a key role in helping clients protect their people, property, and equipment.

In this dynamic position, you’ll:

  • Engage with customers to assess needs, propose engineered solutions, and lead sales of safeguarding products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in industrial safety, offering tailored solutions that comply with OSHA, ANSI, and other standards.
  • Build long-term relationships and serve as the primary technical resource for clients.
  • Expand our market presence through proactive lead generation, industry events, and strategic insights.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and project management teams to deliver successful installations.

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or a related field).
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales, ideally with industrial safety or facility protection equipment.
  • Familiarity with protective guarding components (barriers, fencing, bollards), plus a strong working knowledge of relevant safety guidelines.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, plus CRM proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 65% and reside near a major Western US airport.
