Responsibilities
- Coordinate product shipments domestically and internationally
- Manage and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts
- Perform quality assurance checks on packages before shipment
- Plan efficient shipping routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and freight companies
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy
- Inspect and pack items for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Physical stamina to lift and move boxes of various weights
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment
