Impact Recovery Systems, Inc.® is currently hiring for assembly positions. We offer paid training and direct hire jobs for anyone looking to work in a fun, friendly, and family-like environment.
Our positions offer a starting pay of $15 an hour with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm/4:30pm with some overtime/mandatory Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks according to procedures and guidelines, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the assembled products.
- Interpret and follow assembly instructions or work orders for each product.
- Use a variety of hand tools and equipment to assemble, disassemble, and adjust components with precision.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and addressing any defects or issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Keep track of inventory levels for assembly components, report shortages or discrepancies, and assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes in production schedules, assembly processes, or product specifications.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- The ability to bend, stoop, or lift up to 35lbs
- Able to communicate (read and speak) English
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
