John Moreno, Regional Director for Latin America
John has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, traffic safety, and environmental waste remediation with most of those years spent managing sales territories in Latin America. Leveraging his skills as a bilingual speaker (English/Spanish), John has successfully collaborated with government officials, negotiated with C-suite executives, and built client relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Houston and is also the managing general partner at NMPH, LLC, a multi-disciplinary consultancy specializing in transportation, chemicals, hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment, and mining.
When asked about his new role John said, “Impact Recovery Systems is an industry leader with very high quality and service standards. I have a reputation in the industry to uphold and my customers expect that I will offer the best solutions available in the market. My goal is to help Impact Recovery Systems grow and continue to work towards increasing the safety and security of workers and vulnerable road users.”
Rich Neal, Regional Manager (Mountain Territory)
Rich has more than 20 years of sales management experience. He is strategic and analytical with a motivational leadership style. His expertise lies in building new network connections, promoting products, and expanding territories.
Rich studied business administration and management at the University of Colorado Denver, later choosing to focus on the sales side of business. Rich started his career as a sales representative, which then led him to the role of operations manager, and eventually sales manager. He has the unique perspective of having been an Impact Recovery Systems customer, which will allow him to use the customer experience to build new relationships.
“I’ve worked with Impact Recovery Systems for many years and have always been impressed with their innovations and high-quality products. I’m excited about the future direction and vision of the company and feel that my background in this industry makes it a great fit for everyone. I plan to utilize my 20 plus years of experience and my passion for customer service to help the company grow and achieve its goals,” Rich said.
